Terms and Conditions

  1. A deposit on 40% of the total tour price per person is paid after booking.
  2. The remaining payment shall be paid on one week before the departure date or on that day.
  3. All payments must be made by credit card, internet transfer (electronic funds transfer) or telegraphic bank transfer.
  4. If a customer cancels a tour up to 60 days prior to departure the deposit will be lost.
  5. The payment of bank fees for credit card payments or bank transfers are the responsibility of the customer and are strictly non-refundable.
  6. Cancellations must be made in writing and delivered either by hand, post, fax or electronic mail.
  7. The tour may be cancelled without penalty charges in case of natural calamities an epidemic or any other life threatening calamities within 30 days prior to departure.
