If a tour on the Zuena Tours website already meets your needs:
- Visit the page for the tour you want to book.
- Fill in the details on the form appearing on the page and provide any needed information for your tour.
- We will send an invoice upon receiving the booking request. This will include the payment options available for you.
- If everything is in order and payment is received an email confirming the booking is sent to you.
OR
If you want to customize your tour:
- Request for a “custom tour” that meets your needs by filling our inquiry form.
- Once the tour is customized it will be to you.
- Note that customized tours MAY NOT appear on the Zuena Tours website. They are created just for you.
- If it meets your needs, make payment as guided in the email you’ll receive.
- If it needs further changes, REQUEST CHANGES by replying to the email and provide the details of your request.
- Our team will factor in your requests and advice.
- If everything is in order and payment is received an email confirming the booking is sent to you.
Notes:
- In the event your booking is not confirmed, you will be informed promptly and you will not be charged.
- We may not be able to accommodate all change requests. In such an event we will advise accordingly.
- DEPOSITS: To reserve your booking you’ll need to make a deposit of 40% of your tour cost.
- If you do not want to pay online, please call us and we will advise accordingly.
- Zuena Tours guarantees that you will receive your tour as promised.
